Good morning. We love the tree! We got it exactly when FedEx said it would be here. It was not difficult to put together. See below for a link to some pictures. These were taken within 30 minutes of getting the tree put together. It's a huge hit with our cats. The red mouse was popular as well! We've had 3 cat towers all successively bigger, and its usually taken the cats a week or more to start using them. I think there's something about a tree that brings out their primal instincts. The picture of them biting each other is 100% play.

It was very easy to put together and my kitties were all over it during the entire process lol. The quality of your product and attention to detail is second to none. Hi there. Just wanted to let you know the tree is AMAZING! Sabine and Esther Love it. ... Sabine (Savannah F1) especially. She was going NUTS... running around. Up down ... Up ... down.... LOL... Our tree went together easily and our cats exploring and loving it!  The cat nip is an added bonus. 😉

The boys are loving it! They have cat "fights" daily in the tree and are still deciding on territory. My siamese boy, Imhotep is 4 years old, and the minute it was here, he decided he owned all of it. My younger snowshoe siamese boy, Anubis (7 months old) is determined to claim his own space! 
It is so beautiful, and has been a joy for kitty cats and humans alike.  
I have mentioned to my husband that there are more platforms than cats! He knows what that means. I would like to get a cute little calico next. The boys need a girl to boss them around :)

Got the tree and it went together very nicely. Quality & Spot On.  It is so pretty, fits really well in our breezeway. Our Miss Gracie loves it, she was up into it an hour after we took the BOX away from her...  She likes the big platform for snoozing and the top for (she thinks) stalking the birds. Our little tank (Miss Ella) is still a bit leery, i have caught her on the lower shelf several times, she wants to follow up but she is still apprehensive. We have her on new food so hopefully she will lose a little weight and become the climber she was and can be again. I will send  photo when there are both in place.

Greetings from LA! 🌞 So nice to hear from you. I’ve been thinking about you and have been meaning to write you. Hope you’re doing well.

I’m now settled in LA. My sister managed to assemble the cat tree all on her own. The tree is so much more beautiful in person! I’m so happy with it, and so are the kitties. They LOVE it as much as I do and go in it, play, and sleep on it everyday. I’m also glad I ended up with the larger 7ft tree as the height is perfect for them and the room. I was worried at first because they picked at the flowers in the beginning, but have settled down now. I’m amazed at how perfect it came out considering I didn’t see any of the flowers or fabric beforehand. I also love that the platforms have so much space even for two of them to lounge together on the same platform. I don’t think I’ll add anything else to the tree, as it looks perfect as it is.

I think my friends are quite envious of my tree. I had one come over the other day taking pictures of it and another one wants to order it for her cats. I had been looking on the internet for a very long time for large and unique cat trees. All of them were always the same in the end, with carpeted fabric, small platforms, etc. And it was also difficult to find large ones. This tree is truly a work of art and one of a kind with all the unique features, and it’s even more special that I was able to take part in customizing it. You and your team did such an amazing job putting this together, bringing my vision to life. I can’t thank you enough! 🙏

A little introduction:

Maya - white British long hair (my sister butchered her cheek fur while I was away - too much hair! 😁)
Mojo - golden British long hair 
Mochi - shih tzu (thought I’d give her a little taste of what she’s missing out on)

The first pic is of Mojo (who couldn’t wait to test it out) when my sister assembled the first piece, where you can really see the details, vibrant colors of the tree, bark and flowers (my sisters’ room is a bit dark because there are other trees and bushes outside her window).

Olivia has gained a whole pound since her last appointment. The tree keeps her active and feeling safe. I also hide treats and food on the tree for her, and she loves it.

Dawn: Please forgive me for not emailing sooner! The tree is absolutley beautiful! The girls love their tree. Emma, our ragdoll spends her days way high up in the tree, looking down at her canine siblings. Hayley, our snowshoe, loves falling asleep while snuggling her face into the fur trim! We had already bought so many cat climbers (I can't even refer to them as cat trees anymore) that simply just didn't hold up). We were afraid that our dogs may mess with the tree, but they have not touched it. It has become our cats' sanctuary. We can tell that great care and thought went into making the tree. Dear Dawn,
Just a belated thank you for my lovely cat tree. It is great. My daughter (miss 6) and I, put it together in about 20 mins. I was very impressed that the hex head drill bit came with the bolts and screws.
The cats were playing with the rope while we were trying to put the first platform on. They also killed the red bird on the first night, which I found very amusing.
They just love it. Princess loves the top platform where she is king of the tree! Slinky will sleep on it anywhere. I will send some photos though later.
I just wanted to ad that the shipping company was very good. If I had been home it would have arrived on the Monday. I was amazed. I had it redelivered on the Tuesday. Massive box. I had to tip it on its side to get it through the front door.

We are delighted with the tree. Diva slept in it last night, but Freckles hasn't decided if she wants it in the house yet or not. She is older and is set in her ways, but I think she'll come around. She did grab the blue mouse from Diva, that you sent, but that was ok as Diva is very laid back and knows she will get it sooner or than. Thanks again.

I've also attached a photo of the first cat tree we purchased, which cost almost as much as yours, but which isn't anywhere as nice as yours. We have a LOT of cats, because we foster Bengal cats for rescue, so I might send some more photos in the future.

Good morning Dawn. Well, yesterday it arrived-perfectly packed –when my husband got home from work we began the process of putting it up.
Here is how it went.
First-I have 5 furry babies
Sara –is 18 years old with spinal problems
Harley Dee – my big bad boy-he had cataract surgery in December and he is all boy!
Doodle-4 years old and a mitten full of fun-she is a polydactyl with crossed eyes – sooo cute
Mae-Cee- 12 years old and very overweight (we got her from the shelter that way and are working with her to lose weight)
Sheppie-12 years old and was thrown out a car window for the coyotes to get at – I went and got him and we adopted him
Last night Sara who cannot jump or walk very straight was the first on it – my husband put her there and from that moment it was LOVE! She rolled all around it and put her arms around the birds nest and fell asleep
Sheppie who is terrified of everything and rarely leaves his bedroom got on last night and he too fell in love – it is the longest he has been out of his room in a year – my husband and I were misty eyed at seeing how happy he looked on it. My husband looked at me and said “good job” – in 26 years of marriage he has never said that so wow I was pretty happy that he thought it was such a quality piece.
Doodle is very curious but not quite sure yet
Harley-Dee LOVES the top bunk and slept there all night
Mae-Cee – well we have some work with her weight but she will be on it in no time.
What you created for us was more than just a play centre/condo – it is truly a piece of art that is going to bring my kids many happy happy hours and for that I give you a big thank you. To see Sara so happy at this late stage of her life is more than my husband and I ever thought she would have – it is so heartwarming to see her so happy – we hope this helps bring Sheppie to us more and we are going to carry him out of his room and put him on it so that he gets to spend equal time with it.
We are having the sign read “Home is where the heart is” and my husband took it to the carpenters at work to burn it in for them.

The tree is assembled and is a big hit! Brooke started purring as soon as I put the shelf on the trunk, got on it and purred nonstop the rest of the time I was assembling it. She LOVES it. Chaparelle is more laid back about it. I had a little trouble holding the branch while I put the screws in, but with Brooke purring encouragement I got it done. I'll probably be looking for her in her tree from now on. :-)

My new tree is purrfectly wonderful and Tazz loves it! Once we assembled it, he spent 14 hours of the next 18 hours in that tree! The color is beautiful too and goes really well with my bedroom furniture. I just can't say enough wonderful things about the tree. I am so happy to now have two Fantasy Forest trees, but I don't think I'll be able to get another one unless I move to a new place with more rooms!
I also saw your tree on an episode of My Cat from Hell a week or so ago. I am thinking that you might be even more swamped with orders than before. I hope that's a good thing for you.

I apologize for not e-mailing sooner. Our/Beaufort's tree arrived last Friday as you said it would. We had to leave Friday evening for the weekend with Beaufort tucked safely away with my husband's father and the tree had to wait. Sunday evening we finally put the tree together and were immediately impressed by the craftsmanship and quality of the tree. At first Beaufort was just curious as we replaced his old perch with this new, unexpected change. At first I was concerned as he didn't seem to know how to maneuver his new tree....it took a few days but he is TOTALLY in love with the tree!! He jumps from perch to perch with ease and loves peaking out from under the leaves!!! We are so thrilled that he seems so at home with his new vantage point. We have the tree situated next to our french door windows and he can see all the squirrels and birds and it really occupies his days. It give me great peace of mind to see our beautiful ragdoll nestled in the branches of his tree when I must leave for the workday. Even at his, not so petite stature of 16 lbs., he maneuvers the tree just beautifully. Thank you for making such a wonderful piece of cat furniture, I've never seen anything even close in the market to this quality or appearance, it is like a piece of home decor! Your customer service is also fantastic and we appreciate your staying in contact with us throughout the construction of the tree. We will recommend you highly and send a picture or two soon! Received the little tree today unscathed. While I was assembling, one of my four cats was laying on the platform in the tree. I love the tree and so do my cats. I can hardly wait until the larger tree arrives. Four cats need more room to lounge. My largest black cat was sleeping at the time I was putting the tree together, so he hasn't discovered the large plateform yet. He'll really enjoy it I'm sure.

I am beside myself on how much I love, love love this tree!!!! It is so beautiful and magical, I want a life-size one for myself :0) The cedar smell is filling my home with an incredibly soothing scent. My younger guy is all over it and totally loving it. My older girl is intrigued but cautious right now. Both so cute with it though.

The Tree was delivered safely--thanks to your wonderful packaging!
It's assembled & we've had one of our black cats, Gypsy, climb up all by herself & was lying on the main platform.  She's got no front claws (came to us that way when we adopted her), and still found her way up/down.  I think the word is spreading among the cats that this big, new "thing" isn't threatening--they're going to be enjoying the Tree for years!   Be very proud as it's so well built & the screw/bolt holes actually line up (something you'll never find with something built in China).

Just wanted you to know that we think our tree is truly a work of art and judging by your many e-mails, I know you hear this all the time. But we are happy to be added to your list of satisfied customers, because it really is a beautiful tree! What a brilliant idea you had, to do this, something so unique and creative!
Our cat Mia, is not like your normal cat in that she won’t allow us to pick her up but loves to be petted. She is a very stand-offish cat and doesn’t like other cats and we have so many toys for her but she just isn’t interested. We inherited her from our daughter last year and she is 10 years old now. But our daughter and her husband have 2 dogs and Mia does NOT like dogs, sooooo, we have her now. The other thing is that she loves sleeping in cardboard boxes. When we first got the tree set up, she went into the base immediately and stayed there for quite a while. She made no attempt to go up to the platforms. So, we waited until she got in her box and then picked her up in it and deposited her on the upper platform. She sniffed around and then settled down and slept for awhile....she seemed to love it.  But she will not go up there on her own, she just sleeps in the base. I’m guessing that won’t change with her, but who knows? I would imagine that if it were 5 years ago, she would be all over it. Nevertheless, we love the tree and it makes a nice piece of furniture and if she keeps sleeping in the base, then that’s fine with us. (although we don’t understand why she won’t go up to the platforms). We may have to just keep putting her up there from her box, and if that’s what it takes, so be it. haha

Hello Dawn:  Got my tree together, and it was an absolute snap!  Needed no help whatsoever, even though the cats think they played a lare part.  They were all up on this tree before I even had it completely assembled!  Here is a picture of them "congratulating" each other on a job well done.    The tree looks fabulous in my sun room!  I was not expecting the tiny nest and the cardinal, goldfinch, and bluebird...all which come to my feeders and now Sake gets to chew on them for real!

We received Boo Boo's tree yesterday evening and the only thing we can say is AMAZING! We are totally happy! Beautiful workmanship! We are SO glad that we made this purchase! It was one of the easiest things that we have ever put together. We really appreciate all of the "extras" that were included, like the birds and the nest! Very cute touch! I can't stop looking at it! Boo Boo is not the "normal" quizative cat, so he's checking it out slowly. :) As soon as we can, we will get a picture of him in his new "home". I'm sure he'll love it as much as we do!

Hey Dawn, it's taken my kitties a couple of days to get over being "MAD" at me for taking away their other tower but they now LOVE the new tree! I have pictures of the tree with Boodie in it on Facebook and have had a couple of people ask me about where they can get one for their cats so you might want to start a facebook page and link it to mine and other people who love their trees.

The cat treehouse arrived today.  It was easy to set up and the instructions were very helpful.  Our kids loved playing in the box, jumping up and down on the packing material.  I didn’t realize we got we’d get extra use out of the box.
Our cats were very cautious at first, with one and then another hiding out in it, taking swipes at the others, the human passersby, and the dogs from hiding places in the branches.  The first one to explore the tree actually played king of the tree and kept chasing the others away.  They seem to be taking turns – we haven’t seen more than two on it at a given time.

Our tree has arrived safely and we all just absolutely LOVE it!  Our youngest cat took to it immediately!  The others, are still not quite sure that all that wonderfulness is just for them!  Haha! 
However, I've attached a few photos just to share the joy of our spoiled rotten kitties.
These photos are of my youngest male who I rescued from a horrible cage that he was stuck in for one year... Now he is our little pirate enjoying daily misadventures.  His name is Krishna (only because he has the charm and mischeviousness of such namesake).

Just wanted to say thanks, and you have another satisfied customer. (two that is, Hobie loves it)
It’s her favorite spot now. When I first opened it she was curious, but stand-offish. Moving in, all the boxes and big furniture was mine and she was used to that.
When I led her thru the trunk and tried to show her it was hers, she was blasé and didn’t get back in for the rest of the day. But that changed and now she spends most of the day, and night playing in it.
She still sleeps with me, but not as much. So, the tree is a major success. A friend of mine, Cynthia, has a dog, but she’d get one if she had a cat, she was really impressed.

WOW!!!!  We love the tree, we love the tree, we love the tree!!!!  It arrived safely yesterday, and we put it together today.  The instructions were right on, and within minutes we had it together.  The color coding and ease of assembly was just amazing...and your workmanship and attention to the smallest detail, super !!!  It will take us a while to explore every nook and cranny, so much to see and discover~ what fun! Our kitten will be making fast friends with his new hideout, and I'm thinking when he isn't in there I might climb in for snooze! :)  Love the birds too!

First let me say...
OMG!!!!!  We received the tree yesterday and assembled it this morning. Then we let a few of our cats into the den to see it. We weren't sure what to expect. BAM!!!  It was an instant success! The tree ignited every little kitty hunting instinct in them. Two of the cats were skittish and had to stalk the tree and slap it a few times to make sure it was dead. Once that was accomplished; the mountain lion came out in all of them. There was a flurry of cats sniffing, running, climbing and jumping in, through and around the tree. All their little mouths all erupted at the same time in a chorus of meowing praise. This was such a great thing to see for our cats, that were once abandoned and living without love. It does my heart good to see how happy they are today.
Thank you so much for building this tree with so much love and attention to detail. My cats still can't figure out how we were able to bring the outdoors indoors!
I was so impressed with this tree that I just ordered the 6.5 FT Kitty Corner Tree (in autumn colors) for another room in my house. Of course I will have to reorder again and again as I will still need 2 more cat trees. I have cats in 4 rooms of my house and they will all want their own tree! The next two may have to wait until after the 1st of the year but they will be purchased from you.
This is the most magnificent example of craftsmanship I've ever seen in a cat tree.

My apologies for not getting this out to you sooner.  The 4'8" Hidden Hollow Cat Tree arrived safely.  We are extremely pleased with it.  Not is it only a cathouse, but an accent piece that compliments our living room.  I think we love it as much as our cats, including our friends that have seen it.
We had a Decor Consultant from Home Depot measuring our window for roman shades & she thought it was absolutely fabulous.  She asked for your website.  I would never hesitate ordering another one, in fact, when our renovations are complete we will be ordering a second one to put in our basement beside a large window.  By the way, your husband did a superior job on the adjoining piece to accommodate the 36" Sisal Scratching Post.  My husband is also a carpenter & he was impressed how it fit together so perfectly.  Give him a big thank you from us.     
You were a pleasure to deal with & very accommodating regarding our requests on customizing the cat tree.  I plan to send you a picture so other customers can see how the base of the cat house was extended to allow a 36" scratching post to be attached to the tree house.  Brilliant design, as the cats are able to do a full stretch without knocking it over as it is secured.  They use the post as much as the cat house.  Great combination!!!

Hi Dawn.   Here's a pic I took this morning of Kali and Sabi on the tree.   Kali is on the top shelf and Sabi is on the lower one.  She loves to hang out there in the mornings and watch the birds at the feeders outside.

We got the tree yesterday!!!  It is HUGE!!!!  It took us two hours to get it moved from the driveway, unwrapped, assembled and placed, BUT...it was SOOOO worth it!!!  It is so beautiful!!!!  The construction quality and details are phenominal and the kitties have been exploring it all night!!!
Brad took some photos yesterday.  I will forward them to you once he gets them downloaded!!
We have had other cat trees in the past of course, but this one, by far is the best investment we have ever made for our feline family members!!!!

What a wonderful invention.  The tree is together and is even better than I had hoped it would be.  I love it and the kitties just adore it.  They especially like the middle platform as it is covered and darker and they can hide and attack the other cats from the platform.  They love the birds and the leaves and the swinging rope.  It is just so adorable and built really well and very sturdy.  I am really glad I got the micro suede because it is so soft and then I wont have any carpet pieces around to clean up..Just wanted to let you know how we all love it and how creative and talented you guys are to invent this.  Also did you have to pay extra to send it UPS and request a signature?  Because if you did, they owe you some money as they just left it on my door step.  Thank you so much for such a wonderful gift for, (as stated on your tag) spoiled rotten kitties.  Much success to you.  Carol

Had to send you a pic of the girls in the tree, they are loving it.  We wanted to write to let people know how wonderful a product you make.  This is solid construction (believe me, my husband is a perfectionist).  Every detail was obviously thought out because there is not a spot on this tree where you cut corners.  The material is first rate, the padding is on the top and the bottom of the levels, the tree bark is so authentic looking I feel I should be watering it!  The door at the bottom looks like it was made by a craftsman (it was).  There is a lot of cheap stuff out there, this shows you can make it right and people appreciate it.

Our beautiful tree arrived today.  We are so excited!  Our male cat tried out the parts as we took them out of the box.  He was on the tree while we put it together.  He was especially fond of the birds but seemed to be smitten with the whole idea of the tree.  After we got everything set up the other cats came to see the tree and our male cat, Iggy, chased them away!  He thinks it is HIS tree.  Hahaha!  We had him go to another room while the other cats had a chance to check the tree out.  All of the cats have spent time enjoying the tree.  Only Iggy acted like a crazy kitten.  Our youngest cat (you guessed, Iggy) is two years old which leaves us with no kitten aged kitten to experiment with the tree.
The tree is absolutely wonderful.  Many thanks to you, your husband and family for the fine craftsmanship.  It is already a treasure.
